Mackerel (Bangda): Mackerel is a common name applied to a number of different species of pelagic fish, mostly, but not exclusively, from the family Scombridae. They are slim and cylindrical shaped fish found in warm shallow waters along the coasts of the Indian and Western Pacific oceans. They have very high levels of Omega- 3 fatty acid.

1 tsp - turmeric
1 tsp - Coriander seeds
1 tsp - red chili powder
7/8 - garlic flakes coarsely grounded
2 - onions sliced finely
1 cup - grated coconut
1 tsp - Malvani Fish Masala or any other Fish masala Salt as per taste
