The chutney is a mouth-watering medley of ginger, garlic, green chillies, cilantro, coconut, lime and cumin. You can add salt as per taste. Fry the fish for 4 to 5 mins on either side. The skin should have turned crispy. Serve hot, garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
